Hey:
First off, thanks in advance for your help.
I've started to do NEW in a more hard way (more time, more different movements...), combined with taoist yoga (sex energy transmutation, the same as NEW, but you ascend the current from the testes and penis).
The thing is that I have that knot in the throat feeling, but no problem activating the throat chakra, swallowing, talking or even singing. The curious thing is that I can sense both the unpleasant block and the pleasant sensation derived from the chakra activation. Parallely!
Oddly, the feeling has spread to my heart chakra. It's like having a tensioned cable from my throat to my thymus gland! And more, I've tried to isolate the knot and talk to it in a meditation, but the point moves upwards and downwards my throat, from the Adam's apple to the uvula.
I don't know whether feeling scared, worried or what (the hell). The body energy sweeping eases quite much the tension, but it comes back in a rush after stopping.
