I just wanted to say that "The Catnapper," one of the CDs from TMI, works wonderfully for me.
Background is that I know that short naps can help to regain clarity and overcome drowsiness. Only when I lay down I can either not sleep or I get knocked out for about 4 hours which is not so helpful either. I remembered "The Catnapper" and used it, and like before it worked fine. It induces a half-hour rest cycle.
When I was finished I noted that my mind was clear, tiredness had gone, and my body temperature had dropped quite a bit. (A sign of reaching a sleep-like state.) I was not sure I was quite asleep, if I had missed some time, or was aware throughout, but I was very relaxed. I started to get twitches in my leg, which is usually evidence of heightened energy flow during the in-between state. (Got that with Focus 10/12 too, often.)
