I have a Bad-luck neg on my person somewhere, I have tried to get rid of him bymyself but he own't go. i need help, if you could all lend a hand i would be grateful, also any good techniques for banishing would be great!

Hehe No worries i exorcised it this morning, summoned the four Arch angels (Michael, Gabriel, Raphael and Auriel) And i slayed it....

I even felt the sowrds go through me....It felt like energy moving through me

I am putting up a shield as we speak, If anything comes near me again It will be out of my body faster than I can slice the thing open with a sword of light!

Weak ones aren't the problem, find out how and why it got in in the first place because THAT is the real problem.

I can put up a shield, like an impenetrable spherical forcefield kind of shield, but it never feels any different to me. Whenever i imagine white light circling me i get a warm sensation as if i'm being protected.

Usually children are the better ones at psionics, (Have the natural ability) although they are more prone to attacks at the same time. All you have to do is imagine some form of powerful, (doesn't have to be realistic) barrier surrounding you, but you must concentrate. As it says, you should learn to create psiballs firstly, which allows you to draw the energy from within. Look at the expert guides here (Which helped me alot) and i hope it helps you, too.
