MAP w/ Journeys Out of the Body CD Set

I've done a few searches in the forum, but haven't found a clear answer on this question...

Has anyone found a good way to match the Monroe Institute's Journey's Out of the Body CD Set with the MAP book? Or do most people recommend using the accompanying "Brain Wave Generator"... or the supplemental CD that was released in 2007?

Also if there are any existing threads that discuss combining a study of AD & MAP, with any of the CDs mentioned above, please let me know!

MAP is best done with either the CDRom that comes with it, or combined with the MAP 6-CD set that can be used with a CD player instead of a computer.
The JOOB set has it's own pace, but I find that you can adapt it with some of the exercises found in MAP; the PAPI intensive online workshop does just that- match the Monroe's CDs with exercises Robert and the Felixes have designed for it.
