Projection Difficulties

I've been trying to project for sevral months. I feel like I might have been close a couple of times but didn't project
I've tried using Multiple methods when in the trance but have had not sucsessfuly projected using some of the more advanced tecneques along with the thing with the eyes. Are there other tecneques that might work other helpful tips?
Also I do remember a couple of dreams that might have been projections from when I was much younger.although I'm having trouble getting sucsess now.

Work through the CDs till you can stay conscious in Conditions B, C, and D

Rather than use a method, allow yourself to become as deeply relaxed as you can, and just observe yourself. Do nothing but this. When you feel an obe exit starting, do nothing but observe and stay relaxed....just let it happen.
