last night i was doing energy work & then i decide to activate all my chakras.....i was just on my first root chakra that the area right between my solar plexus chakra & my heart chakra started to tingle....it almost felt like i had a chakra on that spot......i know where my solar plexus & my heart chakra are & i know how they feel ....this tingling sensation right in the middle was not not my solar plexus or my heart chakra....so what was this .....do i need to be worried because from past couple days i have been feeling my pineal gland & trying to activate it? please help

The 'tingling' sensation felt over a chakra area indicates that chakra is activating at a higher than usual level - beyond throbbing and pulsing.

My crown chakra is tingling in the middle now.

When the brow and crown tingle, this often indicates clairvoyant activity.

This is not dangerous in any way.

The Golden Rule of energy work is: if anything happens that is worrying or uncomfortable or painful, during energy work, stop immediately and take a break. When you feel perfectly normal again, resume your energy work.

This rule solves 99.9% of energy problems.
