Astral Dynamics Vs Mastering Astral Projection

I was wondering what the differences of the 2 books are? I went to chapters over the weekend. (Canadian book store). I was looking for Mastering Astral Projection but they didn't have it. They did however have 1 copy of Astral Dynamics left. I picked it up. It's been great from what I have read so far.

Hi there!

If I may, I have a copy of both books, the major difference is that MAP is a day to day break down and progressivly takes you from basics through to your first possible projection. AD (you might the 2010 edition, I do I got mine from Chapters too)

Yes. To add to what afm said, consider MAP a 'how to' and AD a treasure trove of information.
