Good resources on channeling and automatic writing?

I did like this book:
Learning Their Language: Intuitive Communication with Animals and Nature by Marta Williams

As the author has a background as scientist, you might also enjoy her way of writing :D

For automatic writing practice though, you do not need to by a whole book. Basically you just sit down and write what ever comes to your mind. So it is not about having your hand move on its own, but about putting to paper/computer the thoughts as they flow in. By doing so you allow the information to flow, without your interference. After practicing this, it starts to become more and more automatic.
