Joining hands together (... and may be resting onto knees) at praying time ¿has any significance from an energetic viewpoint?

G'day,

Joining hands and fingers together in certain patterns (Mudras) does affect how your energy body functions.

Kneeling has no effect I can see apart from general discomfort.
