Hello Mr Bruce,
I am 16 year old who is very interested in this phenomon. When I practice feeling myself going up the rope, the paralysis immediately comes on, and I can induce the vibrations myself (only rarely do they come themselves). Is this a good thing? Should I solely focus on the rope, or inducing the vibrations, thats what confuses me. Will the motion of climbing the rope get less tiring as I practice more also? I ALWAYS get this "waking paralysis" apart from my head which i can move because i keep on having the need to swallow, this is VERY aggravating. what should i do about all of this?
I hope you are having a wonderful day.
