Hello Mr Bruce,

I am 16 year old who is very interested in this phenomon. When I practice feeling myself going up the rope, the paralysis immediately comes on, and I can induce the vibrations myself (only rarely do they come themselves). Is this a good thing? Should I solely focus on the rope, or inducing the vibrations, thats what confuses me. Will the motion of climbing the rope get less tiring as I practice more also? I ALWAYS get this "waking paralysis" apart from my head which i can move because i keep on having the need to swallow, this is VERY aggravating. what should i do about all of this?

I hope you are having a wonderful day.

G'day,

if you can still move your head, you have partial paralysis.

If you are getting vibrations, that is a very good sign.

Two things to try here....

next time you get vibrations, keep climbing the rope. This could cause the OBE exit

if that fails, stop and relax into the vibrations and just observe them. The OBE exit should happen on its own.

Try to spend more time in altered state....deep relaxation. This will help.

Also, get some hemi sync and relax with this. It can also be played on very low at night. This will help develop your energy body and you will probably have more frequent obe.
