white strobe turns to solid white light

I was meditating today and noticed strobe effect after feeling pressure in brow center. I ignored it the first time. When it happened again i looked up toward my brow eyes closed then the strobe got brighter and then just a solid white light. I felt strong vibrations from head to toes. Is this normal im 5 weeks into astral dynamics and very exicited.

No, this is not normal, but it is a very good sign.

Relax, dont' panic. This indicates stronger than usual brow center activity. you will most likely make a brow center exit out of body. This will be smooth and with light or minimal vibrations, etc.

This also indicates that you have strong creative and psychic ability; albeit dormant and unrealized.
