Starting affirmations with "Om"?

Most mantras in the East start with the syllable Om.

Starting mantras with the syllable Om, is supposed to give the mantra extra power.

What do you thinking about starting affirmations with the syllable Om?

This would help if the affirmations are spoken aloud.

Speaking affirmations aloud is the most powerful way.

I suggest doing the OBE or Aummm at the start, then pausing a moment, then stating your affirmations, then closing with an OBE or Aumm.
