Energy Work Hindering OBE?

Just wondered if its possible for Energy Work (specifically the NEW methods) to actually hinder OBE progression?

Yes and no.

Energy work in itself will not hinder obe.

However, doing too much energy work during an obe attempt can be distracting and make obe difficult.

There is a time during obe exit work to relax and surrender to the process, to just relax and observe and let it happen.
